I appeal to Pope Francis and to the Bishop of my Diocese to please join together to consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary on the 13th October, 2020, as requested by Our Lady of Fatima. I also ask for the establishment as a universal practice of the Catholic Church the Five First Saturday Devotion of Reparation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
