The Organ Harvesting Scandal

The Human Being as an Object. We live in a society that is becoming more and more atheistic and pagan. As belief in God declines alongside an increasing misunderstanding of who God is, more and more people turn to irrational explanations of the world around them. Atheists are forced to try to explain the world as if God does not exist. Without God, there is no purpose to the order that is observed in the world, and there is no real … Read More

Ireland’s Official Return to Paganism

In May of this year, Ireland’s Minister of State for Tourism and Sport, Brendan Griffin, launched a new annual three day festival which is to take place from October 31st to November 2nd. One of the main centres for this festival will be Trim, in county Meath. The festival is called the Púca festival and it is hoped to bring 100,000 people to Ireland to celebrate the pagan festival of Samhain. The history of county Meath is interesting from a … Read More

Government Approved Child Abuse

On Tuesday 3rd April 2018, the then Minister for Education & Skills, Richard Bruton, announced that there would be a major review of Relationships and Sexuality Education in Irish schools. The Minister said “The RSE curriculum fulfils an important function. Every student has a right to access information about sexual health, relationships and sexuality, and this must be delivered in a factual manner in every school. This review will help to inform decisions regarding the content of the curriculum and … Read More

Bernie Smyth – Precious – Life Northern Ireland

The current situation as regards abortion in Northern Ireland is very serious. On 18th July this year, the UK parliament voted to extend both abortion and ‘same-sex marriage’ legislation to Northern Ireland despite the fact that this a breach of the devolution settlement governing Northern Ireland. Once again we see countries who claim to support democracy, undermining democracy. We have seen this same totalitarian attitude down South where Leo Varadkar has consistently tried to place obstacles in the way of … Read More

Totalitarian Ireland

Divorce is Wrong. On May 24th, the Irish electorate were asked once again to amend our constitution. Before getting into the subject matter of what we were asked to vote on, I would like to reflect on what exactly our constitution is. Put very simply, the Irish Constitution, Bunreacht na hÉireann, is the only mechanism which gives the Irish electorate control over what our governing bodies can and cannot do. Our constitution sets the limits of government power and seeks to … Read More

The Catholic Church is Indefectible

That the Catholic Church is indefectible is an infallible teaching of the ordinary and universal magisterium. In these times of great confusion, what Sister Lucia of Fatima called the times of diabolical disorientation, it is important for ordinary Catholics to know exactly what is meant by indefectibility. Sister Lucia, in a letter to her friend Dona Maria Teresa da Cunha, wrote, “People must recite the Rosary every day. Our Lady repeated this in all her apparitions, as if to arm … Read More

The Corruption of Catholics

“Because that, when they knew God, they have not glorified him as God, or given thanks; but became vain in their thoughts, and their foolish heart was darkened. For professing themselves to be wise, they became fools. And they changed the glory of the incorruptible God into the likeness of the image of a corruptible man, and of birds, and of four-footed beasts, and of creeping things. Wherefore God gave them up to the desires of their heart, unto uncleanness, … Read More

The Systematic Scandalising of Children

The Corruption of Children“But he that shall scandalize one of these little ones that believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone should be hanged about his neck, and that he should be drowned in the depth of the sea. Woe to the world because of scandals. For it must needs be that scandals come: but nevertheless woe to that man by whom the scandal cometh. (Matthew 18:6-7) In my last article, I mentioned that a lesbian … Read More

Two Patrons of The Lumen Fidei Institute are amongst the signatories to a new ‘Declaration of the truths relating to some of the most common errors in the life of the Church of our time’. Bishop Athanasius Schneider, another signatory … Read More

Abortion Regrets

We held a very successful conference in Limerick on Saturday 25th May, the first anniversary of the passage of Ireland’s ‘abortion’ referendum which allows the government to legislate for the termination of pregnancy without any restrictions. Due to the wording of the referendum, the Irish people no longer have a say in this matter as the government have freed themselves from the restrictions of our constitution. One of the key points that emerged for me from our conference last Saturday, … Read More
